Scrapbooking

2019 in Review: July 4th

I’ve been in full blown scrappin’ mode recently. {woo-hoo} It’s been so fun reviewing photos from 2019, then digging through the amazing stash I am blessed to have and decide how I’ll tell the stories.

For my July 4th memories, I pulled out supplies I bought from Scrapbook Generation a few years ago. I’m a sucker for anything red-white-blue and these papers really fit the bill. I added a little stamping, and bling here and there for pizzazz, and just like that, the story all came together!

When I need to kick start my scrap booking, I go to photos, an event, or theme that make me really happy. Doesn’t matter what it is, as long as that happiness-factor prompts my memory into story telling mode. Fourth of July happens to be my favorite holiday so it was easy for me to gain momentum, complete my layouts and get the story told. From there, I just go to the next story, and the next, and the next …. before I know it, I’m one happy scrapper!

“Keep Calm and Scrap On” friends!
